Pesticides in your foods are the highest personal concentration as well. Detoxification, colon cleansing and natural progesterone are the best defense against these toxins. Flaxseed oil also blocks, to some extent, estrogen from taking over progesterone receptors. Another NOTE: Estrogen is the name for a group/or type of hormones and progesterone is a single hormone.
